1 General Provisions

8p888 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online gaming and cricket betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all services, features, and activities of the Platform.

By using this website or any part of it, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using this Platform.

8p888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use 8p888's services. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on this Platform. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to manage separate accounts from the same device or network, our support team must be informed in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect that a third party is using your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password. 8p888 will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, 8p888 may carry out an identity verification (Know Your Customer) process at any time. For this purpose, we may request a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for six consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. The balance of an inactive account remains protected — contact the support team to reactivate it.

3.3 Closing an Account

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at 8p888 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits are generally processed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is possible only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals from an account may only be made to a payment method registered in the same person's name.
• If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended until an investigation is completed.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

Using another person's account or payment method for transactions is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be closed and the funds involved may be forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

8p888 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. If the wagering requirements are not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings earned using a bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• 8p888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraud is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or by members of the same household using the same device is prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

8p888's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Promotion through tiers is earned through regular play. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. VIP terms may change at the Platform's discretion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet on 8p888 has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The Platform reserves the right to correct odds or results that were incorrectly provided due to a technical error.

6.2 Match Results

All match results are determined based on the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the associated bet will be void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by a verified and impartial algorithm (Random Number Generator). To ensure fair play, all game outcomes are completely random and not predetermined.

6.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and are displayed in the game interface. For unusually large bets, payment may be suspended until a verification process is completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on 8p888 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to bypass the Platform's systems or security.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Artificially inflating bonus amounts in violation of bonus terms.

Involvement in prohibited activities will result in cancellation of all deposits and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Service Suspension

• Provision of a false identity or information.
• A need to comply with legal obligations.

The valid balance of a suspended account will be returned after the investigation is complete, provided no breach of terms is found.

12 Changes to Terms

8p888 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify users by email.

Continuing to use the Platform after any changes are made will be considered your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with a change, close your account and stop using the service.
